Title: GenAI Adoption Manager

Location: Onsite in Charlotte, NC

Cognizant - AIG Insurance

Top 3 Skills Required:

  • 2 3 years hands-on experience delivering GenAI use cases with demonstrable business impact.

  • Successfully implemented at least 3 4 real-world GenAI solutions using diverse tech stacks.

  • Familiarity with GenAI development frameworks, prompt engineering, LLM APIs, and orchestration pipelines.

Job Description:

  • The GenAI Adoption Manager will drive GenAI implementation across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) for one of our key clients. This role will act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and the GenAI leadership team, ensuring that use cases are properly assessed, prioritized, and delivered using state-of-the-art GenAI tools and practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with LOB stakeholders to identify, refine, and prioritize GenAI use cases aligned with business objectives.

  • Work with the GenAI CIO and technical teams to scope and plan implementation of selected use cases.

  • Assess feasibility of GenAI application across domains and guide the translation of business problems into technical solutions.

  • Act as a thought partner to business leaders, educating them on GenAI capabilities and constraints.

  • Track adoption metrics, value realization, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Maintain a use case backlog and ensure alignment between business priorities and the GenAI roadmap.

  • Facilitate solution design sessions, working with architects and technical leads to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.

  • Stay current on advancements in GenAI, agentic systems, LLMs (Claude, Titan), orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and others), and platform tools (e.g., AWS Bedrock).

Additional Skills:

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, from use case intake to deployment and monitoring.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
