We’re hiring: Sales & Business Development Leader – Fortune 100 Tech & Finance Clients

Are you a driven, connected sales professional with a strong track record of opening doors and closing deals? Do you thrive in the world of enterprise tech and finance, with a deep understanding of how to sell into organizations like Microsoft, Intel, Google, HP, JP Morgan Chase, and American Express?

We’re a fast-growing creative and marketing consulting agency with a blue-chip client list and a reputation for excellence. Now, we’re looking for a strategic seller to help us grow our footprint inside existing accounts and land new enterprise clients.

This role is ideal for someone who has:

  • A strong personal Rolodex and proven success selling into large tech or financial services organizations.
  • Previous experience working at or with leading enterprise brands and/or top-tier marketing or creative agencies.
  • A passion for building long-term client relationships while consistently identifying new business opportunities.
  • The ability to navigate complex organizations, pitch services, and close high-value deals.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive new business by identifying and pursuing opportunities with enterprise-level clients.
  • Expand existing accounts by deepening relationships and uncovering additional needs across departments and business units.
  • Build and maintain a high-value sales pipeline , supported by thoughtful, strategic outreach and a consultative approach to selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope opportunities, develop proposals, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for the client, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have 7+ years in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic account management in the tech or finance space.
  • Have worked within or alongside marketing/creative agencies and understand how to sell services and solutions.
  • Are energized by outreach, relationship-building, and strategic selling—not just waiting for RFPs.
  • Are confident working directly with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
  • Are comfortable operating independently and as part of a small, high-performing team.
