Accountant – Business License Coordinator
Job Responsibilities :
Processing new business license applications
Preparing annual and quarterly business license tax returns
Ensuring adherence to relevant state and local regulations regarding business licenses
Maintaining current computerized files to ensure timely filing
Corresponding with store managers and district managers to resolve related business license issues
Preparing corporate annuals reports
Providing information to outside vendor necessary to complete personal property tax returns and pay all personal property tax bills
Assist tax management in preparing information for tax audits
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
2 Years Experience in preparing business license returns and annual reports
Strong analytical skills
Computer skills; Excel and Word
Strong oral and written communication skills
