Job Title: Architectural CAD/Revit Drafter II

Pay Range: $26 – $32 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time (flexible based on availability)

Work Environment: Hybrid (Office/Home) | Monday through Friday

What You’ll Do

As an Architectural CAD/Revit Drafter II, you’ll:

• Create Detailed Designs: Use CAD and BIM software to produce full-scale, detailed architectural designs based on the Design Director’s schematics.
• Ensure Compliance: Study building codes and regulations to ensure designs meet all requirements.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Organize and integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical designs into cohesive plans.
• Draft Plans: Develop plans for right-of-way (ROW) work, grading, buildings, and structures based on input from engineers and design professionals.
• Conduct Site Visits: Gather data from job sites to inform and refine your designs.
• Coordinate with Officials: Interact with city and county officials to address permit plan-check comments and clarifications.
• Problem-Solve: Identify design flaws and make revisions as needed.
• Support the Team: Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to the success of the team.

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in REVIT, CAD, and other architectural drafting tools.

• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to drafting and design.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree in Drafting or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 3 years of related drafting experience.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
• Capability to navigate construction sites as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
