We’re looking for a highly motivated Associate Consultant to join our data and analytics team. This is an opportunity to work directly with company leadership, contribute to high-impact projects, and build a foundation in consulting, data strategy, and public sector infrastructure.
Responsibilities
• Support disaster recovery projects by analyzing large, complex data sets
• Assist with asset reviews, documentation, and data organization
• Prepare client deliverables such as reports, visuals, and cost summaries
• Build and maintain spreadsheets and dashboards to drive decision-making
• Ensure data integrity through quality control checks and process improvements
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to solve real-world challenges
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in a data-focused or analytical field (e.g., data science, economics, engineering, business analytics)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Power BI, Python, or VBA is a plus but not required
• Attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in public sector consulting and working in a mission-driven environment
