Associate Financial Advisor Location: In-Person at AllTides Wealth Group in Miami, Florida Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 (based on experience) AllTides Wealth Group – a Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisors three years in a row – is hiring an Associate Financial Advisor to join our practice. Are you looking to grow your career in financial advising with a firm that values integrity, initiative, and continuous growth? This is a hands-on, in-person position with immediate exposure to financial planning and direct client engagement. What You’ll Do:

• Participate in and support client meetings: take notes, prepare materials, and manage follow-ups
• Assist in delivering outstanding client service and addressing client needs
• Help with meeting prep, plan implementation, and follow-up tasks
• Learn our processes and take on increasing responsibility in a client-facing role

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2–3 years of experience in the financial services industry
• SIE preferred; must be willing to obtain necessary licenses (Series 7, 66, etc.) within six months — we’ll cover the cost
• Clear and confident communicator
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Eager to learn, grow, and continuously improve
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
