Here at Detroit Living we are looking for a couple of new additions to our building engineering team! We own and operate 2000 apartments in Detroit, most in beautiful historic buildings. If you've ever wanted to know how historic apartment buildings operate -- boilers, plumbing, the works -- this is your chance to learn! If you already know, we're even more eager to hire you!
Responsibilities include assisting with building repairs, maintenance requests, city inspections, unit turns and improvements, etc. Basically, anything that has to do with the physical needs of historic apartment buildings. If you love old buildings and are interested in working in housing, this job is for you !
