In this role within our Van Division, you’ll use your expertise to perform on-site repairs for customers across the city. We value teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Repair Excellence: Diagnose and repair cell phone issues with precision and care, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, offering knowledgeable advice, and ensuring a positive experience.  • Sales and Upselling: Demonstrate a willingness to promote and sell additional products or services, contributing to our business growth.  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members, maintaining a collaborative environment that supports shared goals and values.  • Travel: You will be traveling around your geographical area to support clients and their electronics repair needs. Qualifications: • Proven experience in cell phone repair or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.  • Strong interest in consumer electronics and a passion for staying updated with the latest technology.  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions.  • Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a high level of execution in all tasks.  • Demonstrated humility and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.  • Valid driver's License.
