In this role, you’ll travel throughout the area to diagnose and repair a wide range of devices while providing outstanding customer support. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $16 to $18 per hour and strong opportunities for growth within the tech industry. • Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on cell phones with strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional service by addressing customer questions, offering expert recommendations, and creating a positive overall experience.
• Proactively suggest additional products or services that align with customer needs and support business growth.
• Work closely with team members to maintain a supportive, collaborative, and goal-driven work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cell phone repair or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong interest in consumer electronics and a passion for staying updated with the latest technology.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions.
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a high level of execution in all tasks.
