Job Type: Non-Exempt, 40 hours/week

Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Occasional Evening Functions

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 + Commission

Compassionate Caregivers Home Care is seeking a dynamic and skilled Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Licensed Independent Social Worker(LISW) or equivalent with a passion for sales and marketing to join our team. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care, and we are excited to find a new team member to help us grow and build lasting relationships within our community. This is an at-will employment position.

Position Summary:

As the Clinical Liaison, you will represent Compassionate Caregivers in the community. Your primary focus will be on building, maintaining, and growing long-term client relationships. In this dual role, you will also serve as our Marketing Manager, responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to promote the company's services and mission. You will report directly to the Owner. Potential to grow to a Director position. Having established accounts in the Industry is a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relations & Sales:
• Conduct initial meetings with potential new clients to assess their needs and introduce our services.
• Meet with prospective clients and their families to build rapport and trust.
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential and current referral sources and house accounts.
• Effectively communicate new client information and care needs to the nursing team.
• Marketing & Strategy:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively.
• Identify key customer segments to deliver tailored communications and offers.
• Use customer data and behavioral insights to refine campaign messaging and targeting.
• Team Leadership & Administration:
• Lead and support marketing team members, fostering their growth and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of marketing efforts.
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Submit weekly recaps of marketing meetings.
• Track time using Timerro and submit expenses weekly via Expensify.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Licensure: Current, unencumbered LPN license in Ohio or LISW or equivalent.
• Experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in home care, healthcare sales, or a clinical liaison role is strongly preferred.
• Communication Skills: Ability to interact clearly and effectively, both in writing and orally, with clients, co-workers, management, and vendors. Must be able to understand instructions quickly and adjust communication style to the audience.

• Attention to Detail: Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and can identify errors.
• Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• This role requires remaining in a stationary position for up to 90% of the time while performing office work and operating a computer.
• The employee must be able to occasionally move about inside the office and regularly move items up to 15 pounds.
