You’re not here to “shadow.”

🔹 Construction Monitoring (“CM,” our fastest-growth vertical); 

🔹 Milestone & Recertification Inspections (Phase 1 & 2); 

🔹 Reserve Studies (FL’s 30-year condo budget law); 

🔹 Valuation Appraisals (insurance, claims, replacement cost). 

You’ll cover the full spine of Florida’s top risk zone; from the Panhandle to the Space Coast . 

You’ll walk sites, roofs, balconies, garages. You’ll write reports that actually matter . 

And you’ll be learning, earning, and never standing still while the CM pipeline builds.

• 2–4 years in construction, inspections, or reporting 

• Strong grasp of buildings: structural, envelope, systems 

• Can climb, walk, inspect, and execute without chaos 

• Clear writing + photo documentation 

• Driver’s license
