Construction Field Engineer Assistant
Location: Lodi, CA
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (On-site)
Pay: $25-$35 per hour (DOE)
We're seeking a Construction Field Engineer Assistant to join our team in Lodi. This full-time, in-office role provides key support to project teams by managing construction drawings, tracking document revisions, and ensuring clear communication between the field and office. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, track, and organize construction drawings, site plans, and revisions
Ensure all field and office teams are using the most current versions of plans
Assist with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and related documentation
Coordinate updates with project managers, engineers, and field staff
Support general project and administrative functions as needed
Qualifications:
Background in construction or engineering support required
Experience managing drawings and technical documents (blueprints, revisions, etc.)
Proficient in Office 365 ; experience with AutoCAD or Bluebeam is a plus
Familiarity with MS Project preferred
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
