Job Description

We are searching for a Contract Corporate Recruiter for one of our clients in Fairfield County, CT. This position partners with the hiring manager to bring top talent to the organization.

Pay: $50/hr

Type: Contract

Location: Fairfield County, CT (onsite M-F 8am-5pm)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in utilizing LinkedIn, cold calling, and other sourcing tools to identify passive candidates.
• Design, implement, and enhance strategies to continuously promote the company as an Employer of Choice.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to create new job descriptions or update existing ones for open positions.
• Assist managers in developing and refining interview questions as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within a blended agency and corporate environment.
• Previous experience recruiting for commercial roles.
• Proficient in utilizing web-based recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities and competing demands in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in a high-volume recruiting function is a plus.
