About the Role

McClement is seeking a results-driven Data Analytics Manager to join our Supply Chain Operations team supporting McDonald’s U.S. Supply Chain Management (US-SCM). In this role, you’ll lead a team of analysts to turn complex data into meaningful insights that shape strategic decisions, optimize performance, and advance data-informed thinking across the organization.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders and leadership to ensure data integrity, deliver accurate reporting, and provide actionable intelligence that drives business results. This position reports to McClement’s Senior Manager of Supply Chain.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development and delivery of analytical insights to guide strategic sourcing and pricing decisions.
• Oversee Pricing Protocol Management, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with contract standards across key accounts.
• Produce and maintain Strategic Sourcing Review (SSR) data to support bid strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by preparing performance dashboards and executive-level presentations.
• Provide benchmarking analysis, evaluating industry trends, competitor pricing, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, build measurement frameworks, and track progress toward business goals.
• Ensure data accuracy and process alignment within SIM/On Point systems through collaboration and proactive issue resolution.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Experience with data governance, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A natural curiosity and proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
