Job Title: Data Entry Representative

Location: South Plainfield, NJ

Type of Employment: Temporary, 4 Months

In Office/Hybrid/Remote: Fully in Office

Hourly: $21 - $22/hr

Job Summary:

A manufacturing company is seeking to hire a temporary Data Entry Representative to cover for a leave. This role will go from January to April 2026. The qualified candidate should have either a Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year of experience in a corporate office handling data entry or administrative experience. The team will train for this role, but strong technological skills are needed to succeed. The hours are Monday through Friday 8AM to 4:30PM. Please note this role is fully in office.

Responsibilities:

• Support with a new program launch
• Assist with label creation and archiving of files in the new company system
• Work with the team to identify which documents need approvals and validations
• Enter all missing/necessary information into the system

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year of corporate administrative or data entry experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to proofread information and correct errors with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Quick learner within new computer systems and processes
