Pay Rate: $50–$53 per hour (W2)

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Digital Art Director to lead the creative transformation of a fast-evolving consumer brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative leader who thrives at the intersection of concept, craft, technology, and digital storytelling. You will define and elevate the visual identity across all digital touchpoints — website, mobile web, app, and email.

In this role, you will guide a team of creatives, direct photo and video content production, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape an elevated, modern brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

• Lead visual direction across all digital platforms (Web — homepage, PLP, PDP; App; Email).
• Develop and execute elevated visual concepts aligned with brand strategy and seasonal stories.
• Ensure a cohesive, premium digital brand experience from first click to conversion.

Content Creation & Production

• Direct and oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring excellence from concept through final delivery.
• Drive digital-first storytelling through compelling imagery, layout, motion, and design.

Team Collaboration & Management

• Mentor, guide, and inspire a team of art directors, designers, and photographers.
• Provide constructive feedback that pushes creative boundaries while maintaining clarity and consistency.

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising/product, and technology teams.
• Align creative vision with business goals and marketing initiatives.

Innovation & Tools

• Explore and implement new creative technologies — AI, Figma, motion graphics, and modern workflows.
• Continuously elevate creative output through innovation in tools, process, and execution.

Who You Are

• A highly creative, detail-oriented visual storyteller with 7+ years of experience in digital art direction.
• Background in fashion, beauty, luxury, or lifestyle e-commerce preferred.
• A hands-on leader with a strong portfolio demonstrating refined taste, brand storytelling, and conceptual strength.
• Experienced in managing digital creative teams and overseeing large-scale content production.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, motion graphics, and emerging AI-based creative tools.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing creativity and business objectives.
• Passionate about craft, collaboration, and delivering elevated, modern visuals.
