The Director of Creative Services provides strategic direction and leadership to a multidisciplinary team responsible for developing and executing graphic design projects and campaigns that advance the mission of Visit Orlando. These projects span print, web, social media, digital communication, video, animation, and live events, targeting both internal and external audiences.
This role is visionary and collaborative, integrating all visual and creative components into Visit Orlando’s communications, marketing, membership, and sales efforts. The Director ensures creative excellence, brand consistency, and innovation across all touchpoints.

Qualification Requirements
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in creative services, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or director-level role overseeing cross-channel campaigns and managing creative teams. Strong communication and interpersonal interaction skills, along with the ability to manage, coach and mentor a creative services team and oversee a high quantity of projects in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision. A self-reliant, problem-solving, results-oriented individual who can positively and productively impact both strategic and creative operations.
Creative management experience in the areas of promotion, production and/or creative services for a medium to large market. Proven track record for development of successful marketing concepts, branding efforts, account service, digital media, creative and production procedures. Proficiency in budget planning and management.
Computer Skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and good understanding of MAC applications and computers, design packages and asset management tools
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule format.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
Work Environment:
The environment for this job is typical for an office and does not result in exposure to conditions outside of the normal office environment.
