Immediate opportunity to join a newly renovated Clubhouse on 200 beautiful acres. Will oversee casual dining room, outdoor patio, banquet operations, snack bars. Responsible for staff scheduling, food service and quality, and beverage ordering. Activities include Golf outings, weddings, showers, special events, comedy nights, wine tastings, etc.
Ideal candidate will have full service, casual and fine dining restaurant management experience along with catering experience in a corporate restaurant, hotel or country club. Prefer Hospitality Degree.
