Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Drywall Estimator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in drywall estimation, a strong understanding of construction documents, and the ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze blueprints and construction documents to prepare accurate drywall estimates
• Determine material, labor, and time requirements for each project
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure scope alignment and pricing accuracy
• Use digital tools and technology to streamline the estimating process
• Participate in pre-construction meetings and support project handoffs

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in drywall estimation
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Comfortable using modern technology and estimating software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with estimating software such as On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift, or Bluebeam
• Drywall construction knowledge or prior field experience
• Understanding of local construction codes and practices
