REQUIRED SKILLS 7 10 years' experience in business analysis, project management, product management, product/operations, or similar disciplines, ideally within financial services or alternative investments.
Hands-on proficiency administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM):, workflows, automations, data model changes, and release management.
Familiarity or experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Salesforce, eFront, and Appian preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to senior leadership.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills; "extreme ownership" mindset and customer-service orientation.
Experience working with alternative asset classes and investor operations processes (fundraising pipeline, subscriptions, capital calls/distributions, investor reporting).
