We are looking for an entry-level Customer Satisfaction Coordinator to work in our corporate office in Addison, TX.
Job Duties and Essential Information
Eliant Surveys:
This includes all Move-In, Mid-Year and Year-End Eliant surveys. Record the scores in the appropriate section of the CS Milestones file in addition to the necessary files to track all scores.
Design Studio & Title Surveys:
Upon receipt, enter the survey score into the CS Milestones file, save to server, save to Corrigo (Title surveys only), send emails to customers and appropriate personnel within Grand Homes.
Customer Satisfaction Milestones File:
This report keeps track of all the critical data on each home for statistical and record keeping purposes.
This report should be updated daily with the following information:
Weekly Survey Status & Community Scorecard:
Weekly task - prepare these reports from current information on all Eliant survey types.
Prepare Weekly Survey Status & Community Scorecards and distribute to each Community.
Weekly & Monthly Builder Statistics:
Assist with collection and data entry of all inspection documents. Ensure that all defects' counts are recorded. Assist with preparation of Statistics file and any formatting necessary for report generation.
