As a Business Manager Trainee , you will be given the opportunity to learn all aspects of our business, from entry-level sales and account management to leadership roles, with the goal of transitioning into an office support manager within 12 to 18 months . This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to success, professional growth, and making a meaningful impact on our expanding team.

What You’ll Do:

• Master CRM systems to optimize sales and enhance client relationships
• Conduct market research to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
• Engage with clients' customers to educate them on products, promotions, and benefits
• Learn to be an expert negotiator and closer to increase sales revenue
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and account details
• Shadow senior management to learn training techniques and help develop new team members
• Over the next 6-8 months , contribute to increasing team performance and retention
• In 12 months , take on office responsibilities, including payroll and human resources tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a relevant field (preferred but not required)
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or leadership is a plus
• A problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
