The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities
Administrative Experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
Software Proficiency Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) and Microsoft Office suites, with knowledge of collaboration tools like Slack.
Project Coordination: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage projects and budgets.
Communication Skills Superior written, verbal, and listening skills.
Initiative: Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative.
