Are you an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant looking to make a significant impact? Medix is partnering with a leading Outpatient Medical Group in Southern California, serving mental health needs since 1992, to find a dedicated professional to support our CEO.

This is a unique opportunity to work one-on-one with our CEO/Medical Director/CMO , becoming a vital part of our fast-paced, growing organization. You'll gain exposure to the inner workings of a multi-location corporation, collaborating closely with key leadership.

What You'll Do:

As a critical extension of the CEO, you'll anticipate needs and manage priorities with precision. Your core responsibilities include:

• Calendar & Schedule Management: Independently manage and optimize the CEO's complex calendar, including clinical, business, and personal engagements.
• Administrative & Healthcare Support: Act as a primary point of contact, handle correspondence, prepare reports, and assist with healthcare administrative coordination.
• Travel & Logistics: Coordinate travel and manage appointments.
• Multi-Location Support: Provide support across our offices in San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, and Los Angeles Counties, requiring regular driving.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated background as an Executive Healthcare Assistant or similar senior secretarial role, preferably with experience supporting physicians.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional planning, time management, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Tech Proficiency: Expert in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Professionalism & Discretion: High emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality.
• Mobility: Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation are essential.
