Position Overview:

Seeks an experienced Patient Financial Services Manager to oversee its revenue cycle operations. The role requires managing patient registration, insurance verification, billing, payment posting, and collections processes while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and payer-specific billing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee the entire process, from patient registration to collections.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and payer-specific billing standards.
• Insurance Relationships: Build and manage relationships with insurance payers to negotiate contracts and improve response times.
• Staff Development: Train and mentor revenue cycle staff on best practices and industry standards.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with clinical, financial, and administrative teams to align revenue strategies with patient care.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and payer requirements.
• Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
