Full-Time Nanny for Toddler in Colonial ParkPosition Overview

A warm and welcoming Colonial Park family is seeking a dedicated, reliable, and experienced nanny to care for their fun and energetic two-year-old son. This is a full-time, long-term position offering competitive compensation and excellent benefits for the right candidate who is passionate about early childhood development.

Start Date: January 5, 2026 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $22–$26 per hour

Primary Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that support developmental milestones
• Create a structured daily curriculum tailored to the child's learning stage and interests
• Engage in play-based learning that promotes cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
• Monitor and support the child's progress toward age-appropriate developmental goals
• Transportation to and from child’s activities
• Manage the child's laundry and maintain an organized environment

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of four years of paid childcare experience working with toddlers and/or preschoolers in a school, daycare, or nanny capacity
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education
• Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)
• Driving: Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Background Screening: Must be willing to submit to a background check and ten-panel drug test

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: CDA (Child Development Associate), ECE (Early Childhood Education), or ECD (Early Childhood Development) credential is a plus
