🩺 Delegating Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Care Vital Sign Home Care 📍 Lutherville, MD 💰 Competitive Pay • Flexible Hours About the Role Vital Sign Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Delegating Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee client care and supervise caregivers in a home care setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys autonomy, clinical leadership, and direct impact on patient outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans. Supervise and delegate nursing tasks to CNAs, GNAs, and Med Techs per Maryland Board of Nursing regulations. Perform supervisory visits and reassessments. Ensure accurate, timely documentation in WellSky (EHR). Communicate care plan updates to caregivers, clients, and families. Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly. Ensure compliance with HIPAA , OSHA , and Maryland home care regulations. Qualifications Active Maryland RN license (required). Delegating Nurse Certification (required). Minimum 1 year of home health or skilled nursing experience. Experience using WellSky or other home care documentation systems.
