Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HRIS Analyst to support and enhance human resources systems and data processes. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, Oracle, or similar systems , and a passion for optimizing HR technology and analytics.

The HRIS Analyst will play a key role in both technical system support and strategic planning , including workflow automation, system configuration, and dashboard/reporting development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance HR systems and workflow automation tools
  • Develop and manage dashboards and reporting tools for HR analytics
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and evaluate system needs
  • Support strategic planning and implementation of HR technology initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, Oracle)
  • Experience with backend system support, configuration, and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in higher education or similar environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with Banner HRIS is a bonus, but not required
