Job Description

The Human Resources Associate helps our staff to shape the way a city views church by providing timely processing of their HR needs.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Associate’s Degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in written communication.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work well with a broad range of staff.
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.

WHAT YOU DO

• Maintain & Administer bi-weekly staff payroll
• Assist staff with questions & changes to their benefits elections
• Oversee candidate intake and assign necessary next steps
• Input new hire information into HR & benefits platforms

• High degree of trustworthiness and the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proven track record of sound judgment driven by Biblical principles
• History of healthy financial stewardship
