🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Serving as the first point of contact for walk-ins, calls, and emails

Providing quotes, following up on leads, and closing sales

Coordinating with our design and production teams to meet deadlines

Managing schedules, job details, and order records

Supporting the shop owner with day-to-day operations

✅ What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and phone skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Self-motivated, dependable, and resourceful

Customer-focused with a can-do attitude

Comfortable learning new software and systems

Previous experience in signage, printing, or inside sales
