Job Description

Yoh has an immediate, 3-month contract opportunity as an Insurance & Claims Coordinator with our client in the  utilities industry. This is a Hybrid  opportunity, located with their office in Camden, NJ.

  • Mon-Friday, 40 hours per week
  • $31/hr. Max Hourly Rate
What You Will Be Doing
  • Provide administrative and analytical support for insurance and claims operations
  • Manage data entry, claims documentation, and internal reporting
  • Assist with special projects, including drafting SOPs and process documentation
  • Analyze claims data and generate dashboards and insights for leadership
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely claims resolution
  • Support project management tasks and help streamline workflows
  • Ensure compliance with internal deadlines and regulatory requirements
Who You Are
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and data visualization tools
  • Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to evolving processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • 2-5 years' experience in insurance, claims administration, or risk management
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Education or certification in:
    • Data Analysis
    • Project Management
    • Claims Administration
    • Analytics and Dashboarding
    • Administrative Support
