Job Description

Role Overview

A global investment management firm is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide day-to-day support to a dynamic internal team, assisting with core people-related processes and employee engagement across multiple office locations and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist a small team with daily coordination and operational tasks.
  • Help manage recurring end-of-year responsibilities in partnership with the internal advisory team.
  • Act as a resource for employees and managers in various international locations, offering general administrative support.
  • Collaborate with systems and onboarding teams to input personnel updates into internal platforms.
  • Take part in special projects and offer hands-on assistance where needed.
  • Create clear and concise reports and visual materials for leadership audiences, drawing from internal data sources.

Basic Requirements

  • At least one year of Human Resources experience in a general office or administrative setting, (Financial or Professional Services experience preferred)
  • Discretion and professionalism when working with sensitive topics.
  • Strong organization and time management abilities; able to prioritize shifting tasks.
  • Confident communicator with excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Attentive to details and enthusiastic about learning.
  • Comfortable working with standard office programs like spreadsheets, word processors, and presentation tools.
  • Willingness to occasionally adjust hours to accommodate team needs.

Additional Considerations

  • An interest in people operations or similar fields is a plus.
  • Completion of a college-level program is helpful.
  • Able to think ahead, work independently, and contribute thoughtful suggestions.
