Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Hourly + Commission

About the role

We are seeking a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and customer-focused Client Service Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for evaluating and purchasing estate items, including fine jewelry, gold, silver, diamonds, and other precious collectibles. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential, as this role involves working directly with clients to ensure respectful, transparent, and professional experience. Responsibilities

· Evaluate estate pieces including gold, silver, diamonds, and fine jewelry

· Engage clients with discretion and professionalism during negotiations

· Perform accurate assessments of authenticity and value

· Maintain detailed records of purchases and appraisals

· Stay informed on current market trends and valuations

· Collaborate with internal staff on pricing and inventory strategy

Skills & Qualifications

· No jewelry experience required but preferred.

· Some knowledge of gold, silver, diamonds, and gemology

· Strong negotiation and analytical skills

· High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism

· Ability to work independently and with precision

· Proficiency in POS and appraisal software is a plus
