Junior Recruiter (Developmental Role)

Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Summary:

Are you ready to launch your career in recruiting? We’re hiring a Junior Recruiter who will be trained and developed into a full-cycle Recruiter through hands-on experience and mentorship.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment , and is looking for a long-term career path in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative and clerical support to the Recruiting Team
• Help manage candidate records and maintain recruiting databases.
• Assist with interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and hiring coordination
• Communicate professionally with applicants, clients and internal team members
• Cross-train and develop into a full Recruiter role under the guidance of the Account Manager
• Juggle multiple priorities with a positive, team-first attitude

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• 2+ years of customer service experience (Required)
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook) (Required)
• A team player who works well under pressure and takes initiative
• Eager to learn and grow into a long-term career in recruiting
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships
