Griswold Home Care for Oahu is seeking a dedicated Lead Caregiver to join our team of compassionate professionals. This is a unique opportunity to lead by example, support our care team, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve. What You’ll Do: As a Lead Caregiver, you'll perform all the essential duties of a caregiver while also serving as a reliable, go-to team member during key hours. Your role includes: * Providing high-quality, compassionate care to clients. * Being available to fill shifts Monday through Friday and Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. * Assisting with client introductions (considered paid time). * Upholding, modeling and training to the highest standards of care and professionalism. What You Can Expect: * Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours of pay per week — regardless of actual hours worked — as long as you're available for qualifying shifts. * Qualifying shifts fall within your scheduled availability window (Monday–Friday and Saturday, 8 AM–8 PM) * Overtime (OT) and mileage reimbursement opportunities Career Advancement Opportunities: * Grow your career and skill set as you mentor other caregivers, support orientation and training, start care for new clients, and step in and play a critical role in our care team. Who We’re Looking for:

• Has a CNA/NA certificate (REQUIRED)

Minimum one year of experience * Must be 18 years of age or older * Dependable, flexible, and committed to quality care

• Commitment to excellence, professionalism and duty
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and no fault car insurance
• Background check (Fieldprint) (can be completed after interview)
• 2-Step TB test (can be completed after interview)

Available Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 8 PM and Saturday, 8 AM - 8 PM and commitment to accept all assigned shifts with minimal call-offs We offer:
