Responsibilities:

Introduction of caregivers to new clients
Shadowing & Training new and current staff
Maintain consistent and timely communication with the office and direct supervisor
Follow the policies and procedures of Senior Helpers
Fill in on last-minute shifts if needed.
Help staff develop skills and help with employee retention

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle Insurance
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication
Must have current high-quality customer service skills
Must be available for 24/7 on call Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
