Now Hiring: Lead Specialist - Customer Support & Logistics Location: Uptown Phoenix | Contract-to-Hire Join a fast-growing team where speed, service, and support come together! As a Lead Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for new homeowners - responding quickly, scheduling appointments, and keeping operations running smoothly. What You'll Do: + Respond to leads via phone, text, and email - aiming for under 1-minute follow-up! + Use scripts and checklists to qualify interest and book appointments. + Track lead details and update statuses in easy-to-use systems. + Collaborate with teammates to meet outreach goals and support growth.
