Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep background in the remodeling phases of kitchens and bathrooms, with hands-on expertise in tile work, cabinetry installation, light plumbing, light electrical work, and drywall. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Anderson Township.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute various installation projects, including tile work, cabinetry, drywall, light plumbing, and light electrical tasks.
Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and maintain efficient workflow.
Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Lead Installer with a strong background in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms.
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with tile installation, cabinetry, drywall, light plumbing, and light electrical work.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
