Seeking Licensed Architect for Flathead Valley, MT Design Build Contractor
R Porch Construction is a design-build general contractor specializing in commercial projects and pre-engineered metal buildings with custom interior build-outs and enhancements. We self-perform much of our work and take pride in high-quality techniques from design through construction.
We’re seeking a Montana-licensed Architect who can stamp plans and lead the design and coordination side of our growing commercial team.
What You'll Do
· Oversee and guide our in-house drafting team
· Lead interior build-out and tenant improvement designs
· Develop and review construction documents for commercial & some residential projects
· Coordinate design intent with project managers and superintendents
· Engage in early planning, permitting, and design-build collaboration
What We're Looking For
· Montana Architect license (required)
· Strong understanding of construction and pre-engineered systems
· Experience in commercial or industrial architecture
· Proficient with AutoCAD or similar software
· Clear communicator who enjoys teamwork and hands-on building
