We are seeking a Loan Officer Assistant who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting a high-volume loan officer team. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth client experience from application through closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Loan Officers throughout the loan origination process
• Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, etc.)
• Communicate with borrowers, lenders, real estate agents, and internal team members
• Assist in managing pipelines, disclosures, and follow-up communication
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and professionalism

Qualifications:

✅ Previous mortgage or financial services experience preferred (LOA, Processor, Jr. Processor, or similar)

✅ Strong organizational and time-management skills

✅ Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)

✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple files at once

✅ Familiarity with mortgage documents, underwriting conditions, and lending guidelines is a plus

✅ Experience with loan origination software (Encompass, Calyx, Arrive, etc.) is a plus
