Climco Coils Company, a growing manufacturer of solenoid valves, injectors, stators, and engineered coils for the automotive and industrial markets, has full-time openings for a Manufacturing Engineering Technician .

We provide OEM customers with extensive engineering support and exceptionally high levels of quality and service. With steady growth and a second factory under construction in the Morrison Industrial Park, this is a great time to join our team.

What You’ll Do

As part of the engineering team, Manufacturing Engineering Technicians are embedded in production cells to provide hands-on technical support. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting assembly and test operations within a manufacturing cell.
• Partnering with operators, supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Training new operators and providing routine technical support.
• Becoming highly skilled in complex operations such as CNC winding, resistance welding, and injection molding.
• Working with robotics as cells become increasingly automated.
• Monitoring operations and troubleshooting issues in real time.
• Collaborating with engineers on new program launches, process development, and operator documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s degree (or equivalent technical training) required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Conscientious, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team-based environment.
• Interest in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing practices.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, full-time.
• Overtime may be available as production requires.
