We are currently seeking a qualified and empathetic Mental Health Counselor to join our growing behavioral health team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Perform clinical assessments and document findings accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and other care providers to ensure integrated treatment.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Keep up-to-date and accurate clinical notes and records.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Valid New Jersey license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Bilingual skills are a plus (but not required).
