Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as first-chair counsel in grievance arbitration hearings
• Represent clients in unfair labor practice matters before the NLRB
• Advise management during union organizing efforts
• Support collective bargaining negotiations with major employers
• Provide client training on NLRA compliance and labor strategies
• Work closely with labor attorneys across the firm’s national platform

Qualifications:
• 4–6 years of dedicated management-side labor law experience
• First-chair experience in grievance arbitration required
• Prior NLRB litigation experience strongly preferred
• JD from an accredited law school
• Georgia Bar admission required or eligibility to waive in
• Excellent legal writing and communication skills (writing samples may be requested)
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required
