We are looking for a dedicated Patient Safety Attendant like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** As a Patient Safety Attendant, you will play a vital role in protecting patients at risk for falls, injury, or self-harm. You will closely monitor their physical and emotional well-being and communicate concerns empowering the care team to respond quickly and helping care for and improve lives one moment at a time. **Your responsibilities will include:** + Watching patients with continuous focus to ensure their safety and well-being + Identifying risks such as falls or self-harm and promptly alerting the care team to intervene quickly and protect patients + Documenting patient activity and changes with accuracy and clarity throughout your shift + Honoring patient privacy by safeguarding confidential information at all times + Collaborating closely with the healthcare team to foster a culture of compassion, respect, and teamwork **What qualifications you will need:** + Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date + Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date + High School Graduate / GED **Discover a career with purpose at** Frisbie Memorial Hospital ( **.** Located in Rochester, NH, our 112-bed hospital proudly serves the Greater Seacoast region and Southern Maine, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
