Interventional Pain Physician / General Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician (BC/BE)

Northeast Rehab, a physician-led independent medical group in Scranton, PA, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Pain Physician or General Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician to join our growing team.

We are one of the largest independent multispecialty practices in Northeastern Pennsylvania, offering integrated outpatient care in physiatry, neurology, rheumatology, and musculoskeletal medicine. Our practice owns and operates a fully accredited ambulatory surgery center along with a broad range of in-house ancillary services, including physical therapy, chiropractic care, psychology and behavioral health, acupuncture, and massage therapy.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient-focused position with no hospital call
• Perform interventional procedures, such as epidural injections, facet blocks, radiofrequency ablation, joint injections, and spinal cord stimulator trials
• For general PM&R physicians: opportunity to develop or expand an interventional pain management program
• Collaborate with a seasoned team of physicians and advanced practice providers across multiple specialties
• Access to a physician-owned surgery center and multidisciplinary ancillary services

Qualifications:

• BC/BE in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• For Interventional Pain Physicians: Fellowship training or extensive experience in interventional pain procedures is preferred
• For General PM&R Physicians: A strong interest in developing interventional pain management skills/programs is a plus
• Eligible for unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
