Role : Product Owner – Distribution

Location: Advance, NC (On-site)

We are hiring a Product Owner (or Sr. Product Owner) to partner with our Distribution teams and drive high-impact solutions across our supply chain operations.

🔍 About the Role

As a Product Owner, you'll bridge the gap between business strategy and technology execution—working closely with distribution, transportation, and technology teams. You’ll manage the product backlog, gather field insights directly from our Distribution Centers, and shape solutions that make us faster, smarter, and more efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backlog Management : Own and prioritize the Distribution product backlog; align it with engineering deliverables and business goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with Distribution, Transportation, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define high-value user stories.
• Operational Immersion : Spend meaningful time in Distribution Centers to understand daily workflows, systems, and areas for improvement.
• Agile Delivery : Lead sprint ceremonies (planning, refinement, retrospectives), and support UAT to ensure successful rollouts.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain detailed product specs, track development progress, and regularly update key stakeholders.
• Performance Optimization : Monitor system usage and feedback to identify enhancement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience :
• 3+ years as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience in Distribution operations or WMS/Labor systems implementation .

Skills & Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS, Labor Management, robotics, conveyors, PIV).
• Proven ability to translate business goals into actionable product requirements.
• Proficiency with Agile tools (JIRA, Aha!, Trello) and frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
• Excellent communication skills—able to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in dynamic environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a desire to learn, iterate, and improve.
