What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist the project management team from pre-construction through project closeout.
• Help develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
• Support the creation and management of project schedules, coordinating with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA standards across all projects.
• Assist in managing project activities, collaborating with field superintendents and other resources.
• Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and business partners to keep projects on track.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience : At least 1 year of experience as a Project Engineer, ideally with a self-performing heavy civil contractor or similar experience.

Skills :

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficiency in CPM Scheduling , Hard Dollar , and the MS Office Suite (including MS Project ).
• Experience with construction software such as On-Screen Takeoff or Agtek .
• Knowledge of Bluestake and familiarity with the Arizona Heavy Civil market is a plus.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
