Job Description

As a top 10 real estate brokerage in Las Vegas, we are proud to set the standard for excellence. Our mission is to provide the best experience for clients and associates. We’re seeking a dynamic Receiptionist to be the welcoming face and steady presence at our headquarters.

This is not your average front desk job. As the first and last person agents and clients see, you’ll ensure every interaction is warm, professional, and memorable. Beyond greeting guests, you’ll manage the flow of the office, maintain its organization and appearance, and provide crucial administrative support to keep our fast-paced environment running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome agents and clients, creating a positive and professional atmosphere.
  • Open and close the office daily (8:15am–5:15pm).
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; take accurate messages.
  • Deliver closing packages to agents and the Compliance Coordinator.
  • Maintain and stock common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, marketing, open desks).
  • Keep the office neat, organized, and fully supplied (including printers, water, and conference rooms).
  • Manage incoming mail, packages, and office phone/mail systems.
  • Monitor and adjust music/ambiance in the office.
  • Provide clerical support, file organization, and record maintenance.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team.

Requirements

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • 1+ year of administrative experience (required).
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (required).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Warm, professional demeanor with outstanding customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and presentation.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (office supplies, water cases, etc.).
  • Real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
