Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate, and efficient patient care.
• Serve as a role model and mentor, promoting teamwork, professional growth, and a culture of accountability.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve quality, safety, and service excellence goals.
• Support staff scheduling, workflow coordination, and resource management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and assist in managing complex clinical situations.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; BSN, BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia (or eligibility to obtain).
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• BSN or MSN degree.
• Experience in Urology, Surgical Services, or Perioperative settings.
