Restaurant Supervisors are representatives and guardians of the brand of Chick-fil-A for each Operational daypart. These are high performing leaders who have strong emotional control and leadership qualities. Supervisors are tasked with consistently meeting restaurant metric targets for each day part including Labor Productivity, Food Cost, CEM scores, and Food Safety. They oversee the production of service for guests and ensure every guest experience is equally as positive. This is a high-stress, in-demand position that requires a great deal of focus and control.
